I have just started using the cookie vitamins and cookie gummies. The first day of use, the discharge cleared and felt fresh, I was "shooketh". I thought all the hype was exaggerated, but I think it is safe to say that theses products are top notch. I am using both the cookie vitamin suppository and gummies at the same time and so I feel fresh with no discharge also on day 2. The applicator is very comfortable to insert just as one customer described in their review, the material of the applicator is silicone soft and it's slender shape makes it easier to glide into the private area.
